Ingredients

  • 1 cup Jowar flour


  • 1/2 cup warm water


  • 1/4 tsp Salt


  • 1 cup Pizza Tomato Sauce


  • 1 Capsicum chopped


  • 1 medium Onion chopped


  • 1/4 cup panner cubed


  • 200 gm Pizza Cheese


  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning


  • 1 teaspoon Oregano


  • 1 teaspoon Chilli flakes


  • 2 tablespoon butter


  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

Directions

  • Preparation of rotla: Take a bowl add jowar flour, 1 pinch of salt to mix the dough use hot water mix it with a spoon and make a soft dough.
  • Now take some of the atta as dumpling to make a rotla, sprinkle millet flour first and put the dumpling press it with a hand to make a rotla.
  • Once the rotla is ready take pan(rotla tawa) heat it, then add the rotla, atta side on the top spread water on the to side of the rotla with hand or cloth then rotate it to the other side.cook till both sides are done.
  • Preparation of rotla pizza: In pan spread butter than put rotla and Apply a layer of tomato pizza sauce and mayonnaise on rotla. Spread some capsicum, onion and panner on it. Add shredded cheese liberally. Add all the seasonings on the rotla.
  • Cover it and cook it for 5 minutes on low flame. The cheese should start melting.
  • Remove the rotla pizza on to a plate. Garnish with some chilli flex, oregano and serve hot.
